Porterfield also said staff removed items no longer in use, added a standalone Section 9 bar option to bridal packages and adjusted pricing for newly acquired PA systems. The board opened public comment and recorded no members of the public present.
Commissioner (unnamed) moved to approve Resolution 2025-035 to adopt the amendments; an unnamed commissioner seconded the motion. Multiple commissioners responded “aye” and the chair announced the motion passed. The board did not read a roll-call vote in the transcript.
