Cameron Curtis, Public Works staff, told commissioners that the county prepares the road levy certification annually in coordination with the auditor and assessor and files it through the Scribe system. "The CRAB is now getting these signatures electronically," Curtis said, adding that the incoming submission request "looks suspiciously like spam, but it is not." He confirmed that the electronic request will come by email to the designated signatory.
The motion approved authorizes the chair's signature on the county's digital submission of the annual road levy certification to CRAB. The clerk will determine the formal resolution number and the county will proceed with the electronic submittal process.
