Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk board approves minutes, business and personnel items and moves to executive session

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District Board of Education on Aug. 18 approved the minutes of its Aug. 6 meeting and voted to approve the business and personnel consent items before adjourning into an executive session; the board said no actions would follow the closed session.

The board opened its meeting with a public forum on the districtwide safety plan and proceeded through routine business. Board members approved the minutes of the Aug. 6 regular meeting, approved the business consent items (including internal claims), and approved all personnel consent items. Each motion passed by voice vote.

Board members said there were no hearings or policy adoptions on the agenda this evening.

The public portion of the meeting closed when the board voted to convene the executive session; the board said it would not take action after that closed session.
