Office of General Services outlines repairs, EV and decarbonization plan for state facilities

"OGS's role is to help the state to operate efficiently and effectively while also navigating changing market conditions and volatility," Moy said in opening testimony, noting OGS manages roughly 32 million square feet of state real estate, centralized procurement and fleet services.
