Arthur Avenue underpass lighting installation set for May; NDOT to manage maintenance under MOU

The artist—identified in meeting materials as Alex Bridal—produced renderings of pixelated ceiling lights intended to brighten a long, historically dark underpass beneath multiple lanes of interstate traffic.
