Minutes: Motion to approve a bundle of older meeting minutes (dates listed in the record) was made by Selectman Polak and seconded by Selectman Sweeney; the motion passed by voice vote (ayes recorded).
Home‑occupation permit: The board opened a public hearing and approved a home‑occupation permit for ‘‘Blueprint Studio’’ at 30 Edgewater Drive (application referenced as pages 46–50 in the packet). The applicant, identified as Brian (address in packet), said the use was a home office for architectural design with no material storage or construction; the board approved the permit by voice vote after a motion by Selectman Polak and second by Selectman Sweeney.
