The Apple Valley City Council on Thursday adopted a resolution approving an on‑sale wine and malt‑liquor license for Easy Adventure LLC, d/b/a Urban Air Apple Valley, for a new location at 7370 150th Street West.
City licensing staff told the council the public hearing was properly noticed and that police and fire conducted required background checks and “found no reason at this time to deny the license.” With no public comments during the hearing, Councilmember Bergman moved to adopt the resolution; Councilmember Hebert seconded the motion and the voice vote carried.
Wes Harold, identified as the business owner, told the council the park planned a friends‑and‑family event the next day, a soft opening the following day, and a grand opening on March 22. Harold described Urban Air Adventure Park as an all‑ages entertainment venue with trampolines, a zip line, climbing walls, birthday‑party services and an on‑site café serving pizza and wings; alcohol sales are intended to be available to adults visiting with children.
The council record does not show any written protests or objections during the hearing. Staff recommended approval and no agency recommended denial in the materials presented at the meeting.
