Staff also provided a brief update on the Sunshine Trail project and annexation steps needed to complete a related grant application.
Staff said the Stewart Park work will demo existing outdoor courts after the high school tennis season and reconstruct new tennis courts, add 10 pickleball courts, replace fencing, add lighting and build terraced concrete spectator seating.
