Roseburg City Council authorized staff to execute a five-year master engineering contract for the city’s Pavement Management Program (PMP) with Century West Engineering, the firm that scored highest in the city’s qualifications review and interview process.
The contract will run through Dec. 31, 2029, if not renewed, and individual task orders will authorize specific work under the master contract. Council and staff said task orders with fees exceeding $100,000 will be brought to the Public Works Commission and city council for approval.
