Commissioners and staff told the commission that supplier CC Tuck recommended starting with stationary cameras to evaluate coverage needs. Staff removed the 360-degree option and mounted the cameras on the side of the building instead of the roof; the package remains within budget and will be funded by ARPA monies.
The installer asked about invoicing; staff said payments should be coordinated through the town’s finance office and that the parks office would provide the correct ARPA accounting references. Commissioners also asked that tree trimming and trenching for wiring be scheduled concurrently to reduce site visits.
