Miss Hamilton said staff will withhold payment until work is complete and staff signs off.
The CRA voted to approve the grant with the condition that the applicant provide the materials list and revised figures and work with the building official on permitting and structural submittals. The board’s motion to approve was seconded and carried by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
