Malcolm also asked why the council sought to rescind $5,000 allotted Oct. 24 for a Susan G. Komen walk, requesting an explanation for the rescindment request. She further raised a procedural concern about timing during public comment, asking that the speaker clock be visible to residents: "Residents are given 2 minutes to speak. The clock is back there ... please put a clock here so that we don't have to look back here to look at the clock."
