Trustees approve library parking waiver, convey retired canine, remove library deed reverter and endorse housing grant request

Buena Vista ' The Town of Buena Vista Board of Trustees on Feb. 25 approved several consent and business items, including a parking relief waiver for the Buena Vista Public Library, a resolution conveying retired police canine Thor to his handler, an ordinance removing a deed reverter on the library parcel, approval of a public improvement agreement and a contract to resurface a town trail. Trustees also authorized staff to send a letter of support for a state housing grant application covering 14 permanently affordable homes at the BB Crossing project.
