Las Vegas civil service trustees certify eligible lists for four city job classes

The Board of Civil Service Trustees for the City of Las Vegas on a February 2025 meeting certified eligible candidate lists for four open municipal job classifications and approved minutes from a Feb. 12, 2025 regular meeting.

The certification covers candidate lists for Facility and Event Coordinator (open), Mechanic (open), Senior IT Support Technician (open) and Visual Arts Specialist II (open). The board also moved to approve the Feb. 12, 2025 minutes by reference; Member Ponicello moved, saying, "I move to approve the final minutes by reference to the regular meeting of 02/12/2025." The motions passed with vocal approval from members present.
