New archaeologist sworn in to Las Vegas Historic Preservation Commission

Harper’s appointment was announced during the meeting’s announcements segment; no formal vote on the appointment was recorded at this meeting because the appointment had been approved earlier by the mayor and city council as required by city ordinance.
