Dave Bittner of Bittner Engineering, representing Valley Storage, told the council the revised plan keeps the original building footprints but adds floors on Buildings 1 and 3 while retaining existing stormwater facilities. He said the applicant added architectural screening and increased landscape buffers after feedback from borough staff and the Planning Commission to reduce visual impacts on nearby residences, particularly the Pleasant View and Littitz Springs apartment buildings.
