Developers presented a conceptual plan for a 20‑lot comprehensive permit for property identified as 6 Barstow Street and 127 Precinct Street during the Lakeville Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Feb. 27. The plan, presented by Jamie Businet, would carve a residential subdivision out of part of an existing equestrian property while keeping the core equestrian facilities.
