The Richfield City Council voted Feb. 25 to adopt a resolution specifying the use of the city’s 2025 allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding from Hennepin County and authorized execution of a subrecipient agreement with the county.
The resolution sets proposed allocations the staff presented for the city’s direct 2025 allotment of CDBG funds: $79,365 to the deferred loan rehabilitation program; $80,000 to a single-family acquisition and rehabilitation program; and $12,500 to a first-time homebuyer down payment assistance program.
