The plan was approved by a 6-0 roll-call vote after a presentation that described the TIP as a compliance document TEA must receive by the filing deadline. The motion to approve the plan was moved by Trustee Faulkner and seconded by Trustee Macias; Trustees Stanford, Faulkner, Ryan, Macias and Salinas and Board President Conoyer voted yes.
