Mills City Council tables Wyoming Boulevard vacation, approves utility billing changes and Vision Beyond Borders plan

The Mills City Council on Monday considered multiple land-use and administrative measures, tabling an ordinance to vacate 0.63 acre of the former Wyoming Boulevard and approving amendments to city utility-billing and collections rules.
