The Town of Woodside Planning Commission approved the consent calendar at its Jan. 22 meeting, including two sets of minutes. Before the vote, Commissioner Taubers asked that two points be added to the November minutes — concerns about septic systems in high-slope areas and the fire danger associated with granting variances in hazardous slope locations. Staff said they had captured those comments and would add them to the minutes as requested.
A motion to approve the two sets of minutes carried unanimously with roll-call votes recorded as “Yes” by the meeting chair and commissioners. The commission then proceeded to the first public hearing item on the agenda.
