The board proclaimed February to recognize school counselors "who are actively committed to helping students explore their abilities, strengths, interests, and talents" and also proclaimed the month as national CTAE month to urge citizens to become familiar with career technical and agricultural education programs in the community. The superintendent’s student of the month for January is David Raul, a senior at Savannah Arts Academy.
