Iceni Jewelers site plan continued indefinitely - Staff introduced the Iceni Jewelers (site plan application referenced in the meeting materials as application number 2023‑0138) and said additional stormwater calculations and a parking issue remained unresolved at the time of the meeting. Because staff had already circulated property‑owner notices with a 10‑day window, the planning commission opened and closed the public hearing for the item and then voted by roll call to continue the application indefinitely until the applicant submits the outstanding materials and staff reschedules the item. - The roll‑call vote on the continuation was unanimous among members present.
