Pratt County commissioners approved a series of routine administrative actions during their regular meeting, including payments, a small community donation and several procurement and appointment decisions.
The board voted to pay county vouchers, approve the minutes of the Feb. 3, 2025 meeting and accept a bid from Bollins for a new copier. Commissioners approved a $500 donation to Skyline High School’s after-prom event, and they appointed Heather as the county’s representative to the Kansas Department of Transportation’s Southwest Kansas Highway Mobility and Expansion Strategy committee. The board also approved a road-crossing permit for a high-speed fiber-optic installation on Southwest 10th Street and Southwest 150th Avenue.
The board convened a 10-minute executive session for attorney–client privilege; commissioners returned to open session and announced no action had been taken. Commissioners then adjourned the meeting.
