Under the committee’s joint powers agreement, the panel must elect a chair and vice chair each year; the committee followed that process on a roll-call vote. A member moved to nominate Commissioner Breitling; Mr. Zimmerman seconded the nomination. The roll call recorded unanimous support from members present and the chair ruled the motion carried.
The vote for the vice chair proceeded by nomination and roll call as well. The committee recorded unanimous affirmative votes on that nomination and the chair ruled the motion carried.
