A resident who lives on Alyssa Creek Court urged prompt action, calling the situation unsafe and said the problem had grown over more than a decade.
Next steps: the committee approved the design contract by roll call and will forward the resolution to the full council for authorization to execute the agreement. Staff said the timeline depends on design duration and that construction likely would follow in a later phase when funding and bids are available.
