Carl (staff member) displayed the proposed certified survey map and described the vacated roadway as an undeveloped cul-de-sac that enters the site from Rangeline and terminates within the property. The CDA’s action was procedural: to recommend approval by the Common Council, contingent on the council’s separate agenda item to vacate the roadway.
Alderman Vukovich moved to refer the conditional approval to the council; Casey Schwartz seconded. The CDA approved the referral by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
The council will consider the vacation and final approval of the certified survey map later in the evening as separate items on tonight’s city agenda.
