Committee members heard that the project team is finishing 80% construction documents and plans to advertise bid documents in early March and seek construction bids after Town Meeting. Committee member Hank (staff member) reported two independent cost estimates: $1.803 million and $1.838 million, an average of about $1.82 million for the construction portion presented at this stage.
