Board approves Scarborough Alley facade changes and sign for 'Good Day Sunshine'

A board member confirmed other nearby businesses have completed similar work, and another board member cautioned about paint selection. The staff member advised that two neighboring businesses are finished and that one other had recently installed wooden screens.
After brief discussion the board member moved to approve the application "as presented." A second was given, board members voted in favor, and the motion carried.
Staff also confirmed that the approval included items b and c on the agenda for the Scarborough Alley set of applications and thanked the applicant for coordinating with the alley improvements.
