State Board approves minutes, unanimously adopts Black History Month resolution

Finally, the board unanimously adopted a resolution recognizing and honoring February as Black History Month. Board Member Tiffany Tilley moved the resolution and Doctor Pugh seconded; the roll call vote was unanimous.
All three actions were procedural and carried by recorded roll‑call votes; the board did not alter the substantive motions during the meeting.
