“Every decision we make at South Carolina ETV is through the lens of making us more resilient, more solvent, and more relevant,” the agency’s presenter said, opening the agency’s budget overview and laying out five priorities.
The highest priority was $5,000,000 to complete the third and final phase of an HVAC replacement program for ETV’s buildings and transmitter sites; agency testimony said the systems are “20 plus years old” and that technicians must sometimes rely on salvaged parts.…
