So many different cultures coming together to to form what is known as Caribbean food and has has really captured the imagination of the American palate,” Mr. Paul said.
A student who attended said the presentation offered a model for future entrepreneurship: “I just learned a lot about, like, what it means to be a black owner because I think I wanna own a business 1 day too. So just to learn about how he got to where he was was really interesting. Interesting.”
The event host said the demonstration was intended to give children visible examples of possible career paths. “It's great for the children to see futuristic opportunities for them to see that if he can make it, so can they. And I feel like that's super important,” the staff member said.
