Early in the meeting the committee voted to adopt the Feb. 26, 2025 agenda. Board Member Heather Benavides moved to adopt the agenda and Board Member Josefina Dominguez seconded; a roll call recorded "yes" votes from Benavides, Dominguez and Chair Crystal Tapia Romero.
The committee then voted to approve minutes from the Jan. 22, 2025 Finance Committee meeting, with Dominguez moving the motion and Benavides seconding. The roll call returned "yes" votes from Benavides, Dominguez and Tapia Romero.
