Consent and routine items: Trustees unanimously adopted the meeting agenda earlier in the night and subsequently approved the consent agenda, which included minutes of the Feb. 11 regular meeting, personnel motions, approval of overnight and out‑of‑state conferences and field trips, the Williams quarterly report, several E‑rate bids (wireless network infrastructure, fiber cabling and network cabinet replacement), student expulsions or stipulated expulsions, and ratification of district financial transactions. Bid numbers and other identifiers were read into the record as part of the consent list; details of individual contract amounts were in the agenda packet.
Interagency agreements and MOUs: The board approved an MOU with Quality Counts California to support early‑childhood workforce pathways and stipends; staff said the MOU carries no cost to the district and is effective through Feb. 19, 2027, and that application materials have a near-term deadline. Trustees also approved a five‑year agreement with California State University, Fullerton, to support social‑work efforts at no cost to the district.
Other formal votes: The board certified Measure J election results (resolution 25‑1721) and approved bylaws for the Measure J oversight committee (resolution 25‑1722); both were approved unanimously and are reported separately.
