Finance Director McGinley told the council the expenditure report covers disbursements from Jan. 1 to Jan. 31 totaling $1,588,118.59 and identified large disbursements including municipal employee benefits to IPBC and water and sewer charges (including a Lake County Public Works sewer usage and surcharge line item reported at $326,509). “We are looking for approval for the expenditures incurred from January 1 to January 31 in the amount of $1,588,118.59,” McGinley said.
