Planning staff said the change consolidates previously approved Buildings 2 and 3 into one structure on a parcel in the I-2 heavy industrial zone owned by Tennessee Farmers Cooperative and requested by Kimberly Horn. Staff noted the combined building reduces total building area by 15,876 square feet compared with the prior approvals and showed photographs of active grading and tree removal at the site.
Staff reported that department comments had been addressed. Commissioners moved to approve the site plan as presented; the motion passed with no recorded opposition.
The project site was described as roughly 12.14 acres in the staff presentation, and staff displayed maps showing the relationship of the new combined building to existing and planned buildings on the parcel.
