Spies gave a fund-by-fund breakdown: general fund $113,813; police fund $628,091; animal services $41,004.57; fire fund $50,770; water fund $92,003.64; wastewater fund $95,009.78; airport $40,002.58; utilities fund $40,003.67. Director Webb suggested moving the item to new business because the total exceeds $1 million; the board agreed to place it under new business for formal action at the March 4 meeting.
