Planning staff noted the phase’s location near Pine Canyon Road and adjacent general commercial zoning to the west. No public comments were recorded for this item and commissioners voted 7-0 to approve the site plan as presented.
The approval authorizes construction for Phase 2C subject to the conditions listed in the staff report; the developer is identified in the agenda as D.R. Horton with David Lewis IV representing the applicant.
