LaSalle County board members voted unanimously to come out of executive session, to release the executive-session minutes listed on the resolution, and to approve routine payments for multiple county offices during the meeting.
The action to exit executive session was moved by Board member McEmory and seconded by Board member Reid; a roll call found Roach, Templeton, Gatsa, McEmory, Pottinger, Reid and Ossipenski voting “Aye.” Board member Templeton moved to release the executive-session minutes listed on the resolution; Board member Pottinger seconded, and the motion carried.
The board then approved payments for several county offices by separate motions: payments for the state’s attorney’s office (motion by Board member Pottinger, second by Board member Reid); payments for the public defender (motion by Board member McEmory, second by Board member Reid); payments for the Circuit Clerk (motion by Board member Templeton, second by Board member Roach); payments for judiciary probation (motion by Board member Pottinger, second by Board member Gatsa); and payments for the detention home (motion by Board member Roach, second by Board member Reid). Each motion was called for voice vote and carried after members answered “Aye.”
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded (mover recorded as Board member McHenry, second Board member Reid) and the meeting was closed.
