Commission elects Carlos chair, Arthur Hodge vice chair; minutes approved with correction

Later, nominations for vice chair resulted in the renomination of Arthur Hodge; a second was recorded and the body approved Hodge by voice vote.
No public comments were offered during the public-comment period that followed the elections. The commission confirmed its next meeting date as April 11 at 9:30 a.m.
