The Vero Beach Planning and Zoning Board nominated and approved Jeb Buettner as chair and Jason Gunn as vice chair during its recent meeting. The board also approved the minutes from its Nov. 7 regular meeting.
City Attorney nominated Jeb Buettner for chair and a board member seconded the nomination. The board voted by voice; the chair’s nomination was approved. The gavel was returned to Chairman Buettner, and the board then opened nominations for vice chair. A board member nominated Jason Gunn for vice chairman, another member seconded, and the nomination was approved by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting a board member moved to approve the minutes of the Nov. 7 regular meeting; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
No recorded roll-call tallies were given on the record for the chair or vice chair elections or the minutes approval; actions were taken by voice vote with the board announcing “Aye.”
