At the Village of Palos Park council meeting on Feb. 24, the council approved multiple Public Works contracts intended to reduce sanitary-sewer inflow and infiltration and to maintain village infrastructure. All recorded votes on the items were unanimous.
Commissioner Patan presented the Public Works recommendations and moved to forgo a formal bidding process on the listed proposals. The council approved the following measures by roll call vote (all votes recorded as yes from Commissioners Patan, Wade, Reid, Polk and Mayor Milovich Walters):
