Stone said city staff have put the immediate need for repairs and maintenance at “about, you know, 50,000,000 or more” and estimated “over 200,000,000 for new and upgraded facilities” across city properties. She said City Hall will include the issue in a midyear update to the City Council and that a council discussion is expected on March 11.
