Tammy Zimmerman, the district’s chief facilities management officer, told trustees the plan grew from community surveys, stakeholder meetings and a facility condition index and was produced with CanonDesign beginning in 2022; Vaughn Middle School was approved for full reconstruction and advanced earlier because of its condition.
