Medical‑examiner records: Lynn Hartman asked the commission to direct the county’s medical examiner to attach infant immunization records to autopsy reports in cases of unexplained sudden death. Hartman said the CDC guidance allows examiners to include immunization histories and argued this would improve transparency; she told commissioners she contacted staff in the medical examiner’s office but asked the county to formally request the change.
