County consultant reports falling delinquent-ticket roll, $3.5 million collected in payments

Doug Burnside, a partner with Purdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott LLP, told the Henderson County Commissioners Court that the firm has worked on collection of delinquent Justice of the Peace fines in the county since 2013 for one precinct and since 2017 for the remaining precincts.
