"This is year 1 of a 3 year plan," Marissa Janicek said, introducing the LCAP midyear report and reminding the board the presentation was a legal requirement. Janicek summarized the district’s three consolidated goals and said enrollment remains "fairly consistent, almost 3,500 year over year." She highlighted that one metric, chronic absenteeism, had decreased by about 3 percentage points since the prior year.
