Presenters said Soldier Hollow can host sizable crowds on site and has on‑site parking; they budgeted for course improvements, TV‑friendly course features and additional course complexity. They reported ongoing conversations with partners including the Park City Chamber and the local tourism advisory board (TAB), and said the Park City Chamber had given a positive affirmation to sponsor. Organizers also signaled the Heber Valley Tax Advisory Board and TAB have discussed possible funding and that local tax‑related boards had expressed preliminary support.
