Burke said she would circulate the revised language to panel members by group email once she receives it and would help gather signatures for Burrows if members wished to sign on. Several members said they wanted to read the revised language before committing to signatures. The panel did not vote and took no formal action; members agreed to review the circulated draft and decide by email whether to sign on.
No bill number, citation or final text was presented at the Feb. 14 meeting. Panel members asked to be notified when the language is available so they can consider whether to sign on before the legislative filing deadlines referenced by the chair.
