The developer said the second phase would add 10 detached homes to the existing approved phase 1, bringing the project to a total of 27 detached dwellings. The council vote included an additional condition, requested on the council floor, that the developer provide at least eight distinct elevations for the homes subject to Design Review Board (DRB) approval.
